Shop terms

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. An order confirmation records your request; we may contact you before accepting an order if stock, pricing, product information, delivery eligibility, or suspected misuse needs to be resolved.

We may correct genuine display or pricing errors before fulfilment. If we cannot accept a paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Bank-transfer stock is reserved for 48 hours and the order may be cancelled automatically if payment is not received by the due time. Use the order number as the transfer reference.

Preparation starts after payment is confirmed unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Pickup is available from Stretton QLD 4116 by arrangement. Free local delivery is available only to eligible postcodes shown at checkout. Australia-wide flat-rate shipping is available only for products marked as shippable.

Preparation and delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We will contact you if a material delay occurs. Risk passes on collection or delivery, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product photographs and descriptions are intended to be accurate, but screen colours and minor component presentation may vary. Adult supervision, age guidance, and safe handling instructions should be followed for electronics, tools, batteries, and small parts.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
