Privacy policy

We collect the contact, delivery, and order information needed to quote, fulfil, support, and account for your purchase. This may include your name, email address, phone number, address, order contents, fulfilment choice, payment status, and messages you send us.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not stored by EL12 Shop. We receive payment identifiers and status information needed to reconcile the order.

We use personal information to provide quotes, process and prepare orders, arrange collection or delivery, send transactional updates, prevent misuse, meet tax and record-keeping obligations, and improve the shop. We do not sell personal information.

We use service providers including Microsoft Azure for hosting, Stripe for card payments, Firebase for administrator authentication and site analytics, and email infrastructure for order messages. These providers may process information in Australia or other countries under their own safeguards and contracts.

Analytics helps us understand aggregate storefront use. Browser or device controls may let you restrict analytics cookies or identifiers.

We restrict administrative access and retain records only for operational, legal, security, and accounting needs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organisational controls.
